Self-Cleaning Electromagnetic Suspended Separator
The separator has a rectangular magnet surrounded by a motor driven belt with scratch board. The separator is to be mounted transversely to the flow of the conveyor. During the process the magnetic force will pick up the ferrous metal and then a rotating belt will remove any steel, tossing it over the side of the conveyor.
